I have found their service to be great, flexible and great at adapting to our changing needs (covid causes tenants to stay in the house longer than were due to) and even offering to work on an evening / early morning and even weekends to ensure that everyone was completed as it should be.

When they can ‘walk around’ and choose what they see and look up and down as they would if they were there in person.
