Nick Blakeley
Nick began the business when he left leading property management company Land Securities; one of the country’s largest property companies. Prior to that Nick was a trainee surveyor at the Easdale-Lane Partnership; an established architects & surveyors firm with a 100 year pedigree. Nick was also Justice of the Peace. Appointed to the bench in 2009, he was sworn-in to office in 2010 and sat on the benches of both Leeds and Bradford Magistrates’ Courts. He recently requested to be moved onto the supplemental list to allow more time to focus on the business.
Julia Blakeley
Having previously worked for the University of Leeds for over 10 years in their Research Support Unit, Julia has a wealth of office experience and keen eye-to-detail. Julia is in charge of office administration, including managing appointments, report archiving, liaising with Clients and ensuring our rapid turn-around time is reliably achieved.
